Do you need something to do this New Year’s Eve? Here are a few ideas to help you out!
Noon Year’s Eve at the Riverwoods in Provo: This is a great activity if you have younger kids! 11:00am-1:00pm, hosted by Radio Disney. They will be giving away prizes, playing games, and celebrating 2012 as they count down to the noon hour.
Salt Lake City’s EVE: Tickets are $15. You can get them online, at any Harmon’s or Maverik, or on site. Kids 10 and under are free with a paid adult. It includes music, a big bouncetown for the kids, performances at Temple Square, karaoke, comedy and more!
Provo City’s New Year’s Countdown: 6:00pm – 12:00am. Celebrate New Year’s Eve at the Provo Towne Centre, (1200 South Towne Centre Blvd., Provo). Activities include live bands, Big Band Dance, Top 40’s Dance, food court, concessions, New Years crafts, professional face painters, games, balloon artists, performers, karaoke, photo booths, entertainment and fireworks.
Pre-purchased Wristband can be purchased at Winger’s at the Provo Towne Centre or at the Provo City Parks and Recreation Office at 351 W. Center Street.

- 3 and under are free with a paid adult
- Wristbands purchased the day of the event are an additional $1 per person.
Snowbird New Year’s Eve Torchlight Parade & Fireworks: FREE event at dusk (about 6:00 pm). Located at Harpers Ferry East, the best view is from the Plaza Deck. Following the parade is a fireworks display.
Canyons Resort: They’ll be hosting their annual athlete invite-only Rail Jam on the Ski Beach, complete with a DJ and free fireworks show at 7:30pm. FREE to the public and spectators are welcome.

Have your kids fill out a free New Year’s Eve printable. They can write down some of their highlights from 2011 and their goals for 2012.
Pop a balloon and do an activity each hour of the day as you count down to the new year!
